The hotel has seven flexible conference rooms all conveniently located on the lower ground floor. The event spaces boast a range of meeting facilities, from executive boardrooms ideal for smaller meetings to larger conference suites that can accommodate up to 700 delegates. All meeting rooms come with air conditioning, modern audiovisual technology, and complimentary Wi-Fi for all meeting delegates.

 

Conferences & Gala Dining

The Ryan Suite is an expansive banqueting space spanning two spaces, Ryan 1 & 2 which can be divided or combined together. Flooded with natural light and mood-lighting features it’s the ideal space for conferences or large-scale events for up to 700 delegates for a standing reception, 520 delegates theatre-style or 450 for gala dinners. A pre-conference area opens into the Ryan Suite which makes an excellent break-out room, exhibition space, cocktail reception or registration area.
