If you have chosen to contact a venue or advertiser on our site we securely send your enquiry containing your Contact Information to the venue for the purposes of your receiving a response from the venue and never for any other reason than that. By submitting an enquiry via our site you are agreeing to the processing of this information for this purpose. All of our venues are under strict guidance to carefully store and manage personal information data as per GDPR regulations and only for the purposes of replying to your enquiry. Please note that as each establishment (venue) will also have their own privacy policy in place for their own website you agree that VenueSearch.ie cannot be held responsible for how this data is processed by the establishment once they receive it. If you have any hesitations please consult the relevant establishment’s privacy policy first. Please note that although this may sound complicated, this same data handling process would apply if you had contacted the venue directly yourself or for example; any time you have contacted a business online.   

Security

The security of your data is important to us.  We have strict security controls in place and perform regular monitoring of our systems to identify possible vulnerabilities and attacks. This information is deleted regularly for your safety. However, we cannot warrant the security of any information that you send to us.
