Enjoy a private virtual yoga and corporate wellness experience for your company, hosted by one of Ireland’s top instructors with expert knowledge and years of experience in teaching yoga mindfulness. This corporate virtual experience has been specifically designed to motivate staff, help to improve their wellbeing and boost productivity through yoga movement and mindfulness practices.
This experience lasts roughly 45 - 60 mins and involves a unique three part programme including the following;
Desk Yoga (10 - 15 mins)
The experience starts with some desk based yoga exercises, which will be just as relevant now as they will be in the future. Suitable for absolutely everyone and designed to be easily practiced at your desk, whilst wearing your work clothes. Improve and alleviate the aches and pains of desk-bound work – such as stressed-out shoulders and knotty necks. You’ll also practice some stress-busting breathing practices to add to your toolkit for challenging times.
Mindful Yoga (20 - 30mins)
A slow flow practice, mindfully moving and breathing while holding poses longer. We explore your edge, yet still feel a relaxed and renewed experience. The benefits include:

Mindfullness Meditation (10 - 15mins)
This relaxing session concludes with an uplifting and invigorating meditation which is aimed to leave participants in a positive mindset for the day ahead. A meditation that is focused on dealing with stress, anxiety and improving your overall motivation and work-flow.
