Please note a minimum event budget of €3000 is required (or €50pp based on 60 guests for example) to use our concierge service.

How Does It Work?
Just let us know your requirements such as guest numbers, preferred location, type of venue and what sort of event you are planning. Our team of venue & event planning experts will advise and immediately source you the best recommendations, quotes, pricing and options based on exactly what you need at absolutely no charge to you.

Yes, VenueSearch Concierge is 100% free to our clients. VenueSearch is digital marketing platform for venues. Venues that are listed with us reach 1000’s of potential new clients every week. We save venues hassle, time and money on advertising & staffing costs, whilst also bringing them lots of business each month. Venues see us as valuable partner and are more than happy to offer our clients the best available rates on everything from venue hire, to food, drinks and rooms for the business we place with them.
Clients will never pay anything extra for bookings made via VenueSearch, even if you had contacted multiple venues separately yourself, planned the whole event and booked it directly yourself.
