37 Dawson Street

With four unique bar spaces set over two floors, 37 Dawson Street is ideally suited to corporate events, networking events, business lunches, press/product launches and sophisticated social celebrations. The whole venue can be hired exclusively for up to 500 guests for corporate events. Catering can also be provided with fantastic finger food and carnival supper bowl options to choose from.

Main Bar

The Main Bar located at the front of the venue is suitable for up to 60 guests offering seating on oversized couches and a relaxed atmosphere.

The Middle Bar

This bar space can host up to 80 guests. Featuring a double-height ceiling it has tables and seating, however these are often removed later in the night to make way for the dancefloor.

The Whiskey Bar

Located to the rear of the venue on the ground floor is the 37's richly furnished, dimly lit Whiskey Bar, ideal for smaller events for up to 45 guests. The space also has own-door access to Anne's Lane.

Mezzanine & First Floor

The Mezzanine & First Floor bar can host up to 190 guests combined. This exclusive space offers a bird's eye view of the happenings below and is perfect for larger corporate events that require extra privacy.
