President’s Area (Conferences & Exclusive Corporate Events/Parties)
Ideal for decking the halls at Christmas or hosting large conferences, the President’s Area & Atrium offers an expansive space for all sorts of occasions. The President's Area is an expansive versatile space which can be divided into two separate units, depending on your requirements. The President's Terrace side features an outdoor area, indoor space perfect for seating or dining with plenty of natural light as well as a fully stocked bar.

Suitable for up to 1000 delegates for conferences or 1200 guests for gala dining events, The President's Area can also be used in conjunction with The Atrium, often used for pre-conference registration, drinks receptions and plenty more.

Podium Area
Celebrate the summer at the Podium Area with a sizzlin’ company barbecue in the luscious outdoors. Rain, hail, or shine, your party will carry on with the Podium’s adjoining indoor spaces (Atrium), perfect for up to 1000 guests over the summer months.

Havelock Area
It’s no surprise that the Havelock Area is one of the most popular spaces within the Aviva Stadium since it offers exclusive views of the state-of-the-art pitch through impressive floor-to-ceiling windows. This space can host up to 300 guests for gala dining, Christmas parties, presentations, conferences and more.

Meetings

Aviva Stadium has a multitude of meeting rooms for smaller groups of 6 - 100 guests, many of which are located in the stadium's corporate boxes, offering amazing views of the pitch and featuring state-of-the-art tech / AV.
