The Clayton Hotel Cardiff Lane's conference centre has 6 exquisitely designed meeting rooms and conference spaces to choose from, ranging in capacity size from 12 - 220 guests in the largest space. All meeting rooms are fitted with the latest high-tech amenities inclduing complimentary wi-fi and use of the hotel's leisure facilities (swimming pool).

 

The Meeting & Events Centre has a sophisticated air-conditioning and ventilation system that not only cools and warms the air but provides 6 air changes per hour providing 100% fresh air from outside. The system utilises a thermal wheel to recover the energy of the extract air and so maximises the overall system efficiency. The ventilation and air-conditioning systems are supplied by IV Produkts and Mitsubishi, both world leaders in their respective markets.

 

Corporate Events:

From corporate lunches to Christmas parties, our state-of-the-art spaces can host a diverse range of events accompanied by 304 luxurious guest bedrooms. The hotel's 'Grand Canal Suite' is the ideal event space for a corporate lunch, dinner or awards ceremony catering for up to 160 people for a sit-down meal. The 'Conference Atrium' is another beautiful space ideally suited to drinks receptions, retirement parties and product launches for up to 120 guests (standing). Christmas parties can be hosted over both rooms with both private party and shared night options available.

 

Summer BBQs:

Whitaker Square located beside the hotel restaurant is the ultimate summer BBQ venue of choice from May until November with a max capacity of 200 guests. BBQ packages start from just €27pp (based on minimum guest numbers of 70) which includes a glass of prosecco upon arrival, delicious freshly barbecued food options with three types of meat, a vegetarian option, salad bar, dessert and 3 raffle prizes to be won on the night.
