McClure Suite

The McClure Suite is one of the largest conference and event spaces in the Southeast, with the capacity for up to 1000 delegates theatre style or 600 delegates banquet style. With flexibility in mind, the room was designed with the option to split the space into two suites; McClure Suite 1 and McClure Suite 2 to cater to any kind of event. The space is equipped with multiple drop-down screens, LCD projectors, wired & handheld microphones, 21 inbuilt speakers, hearing hearing-impaired loop, a podium and staging.

McCarthy Suite

For smaller-scale corporate events, the McCarthy Suite is ideal with a capacity of up to 120 delegates theatre style. The Suite can be adapted into 2 divided rooms each with a capacity of up to 60 guests theatre-style. Suitable for corporate events, small-scale conferences, and presentations/meetings, the space is equipped with 2 drop-down screens, 2 LCD projectors, one microphone and WiFi access.

Oscar Wilde Suite

The airy and comfortable design of the Oscar Wilde Suite makes for the perfect venue for an intimate boardroom of up to 30 delegates, as well as a great presentation or meeting space with up to 100 delegates theatre-style. Its amenities include a drop-down screen, LCD projector, air conditioning and WiFi access.

Clayton Whites also boast four beautifully finished, purpose-built boardrooms; The Pembroke, Selskar, Westgate and Walter Dene Suites which can accommodate up to 12 delegates boardroom-style or 30 delegates theatre-style. Each individual space is equipped with an LCD screen for laptop connection.
