With 6 stunning meeting rooms to choose from, host an impressive boardroom or presentation with flair. For large-scale meetings, the Strand Suite offers flexibility for up to 60 guests theatre-style or up to 20 guests boardroom style. The super elegant Edward VII Suite is suited to boardrooms of up to 12 guests. The Captain Saul Suite similarly offers ample space for a boardroom of up to 12 delegates. For slightly larger boardrooms, the Amy Johnson Suite can cater for up to 16 guests boardroom style.

Conferences & Company Parties

The Moyne Suite can cater for up to 300 guests theatre-style, 140 cabaret, 250 reception style or 220 gala dining style for large-scale events and conferences. Links Suite 1 & 2 is located on the ground floor of the hotel beside the Jameson House entrance. This smaller space is flexible and can be separated for registrations or drinks receptions. The Suites offer a capacity of up to 90 guests theatre-style, 100 guests reception/buffet style, or 40 guests boardroom style.

Enjoy a Christmas takeover this festive season with fantastic private party nights in the Moyne Suite. Suitable for up to 220 guests banquet-style or for up to 250 guests reception/buffet-style. A minimum of 80 guests is required with exclusive packages to wow your guests from spectacular menu options, welcome drinks, and even live entertainment.
