The Great Room

The hotel’s largest event space, The Great Room, can host up to 950 guests (theatre style). With its stunning high ceilings, grand chandeliers and elegant décor, this ballroom is perfect for luxury gala dinners and large conferences. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the room with natural light, offering breathtaking views of the hotel’s gardens. This room can also be partitioned into three separate rooms if needed depending on delegate number size.

The Auditorium

The Auditorium is a tiered seated style room, available to host up to 225 guests, ideal for corporate talks, presentations or press related events.

Meeting Rooms

For more intimate meetings, The Press Room, The Writers Room and The Victorian Room are ideal for boardroom style meetings of up to 16 guests or up to 35 guests in The Press Room theatre style.

Private Dining

With magnificent chandeliers and classical décor The Lake Room’s exquisite settings is the perfect location for your private dining experience for up to 60 lucky guests. Their Executive Chef, describes his cooking as "Creative Cuisine, Classically Influenced", using the best of produce from local Killarney, Kerry and Munster suppliers and from artisan food producers to create a truly fine Irish dining experience.

Gardens & Outdoor Corporate Events / Team Building

Set within six acres of private gardens, the outdoor spaces at Great Southern provide an idyllic setting for open-air receptions and corporate summer events.
