The Kane Kirby Room is the hotel's largest event and meeting space, accommodating up to 120 guests (theatre style). This versatile room is ideal for conferences, large meetings and banquet-style events. It features wireless touch screen control panels, integrated audio-visual equipment and natural daylight. The Boole Suite can seat up to 60 delegates in a theater-style arrangement, 20 for a boardroom meeting, and up to 55 guests for a banquet.

 

Private Dining & Entertaining

With a plethora of dining options at Hayfield Manor, the options to entertain delegates include 'Orchids', the hotel's well renowned restaurant as well as Perrorts Garden Bistro and The Vine Wine Cellar. Overlooking the hotel's serene gardens, the Private Dining Room provides an intimate atmosphere for up to 38 guests, with space for a further 20 guest the interconnected Library space.
