Charlemont Suite for Large Conferences & Company Parties
The Charlemont Suite is the hotel’s largest meeting and event space, accommodating up to 340 guests theatre-style, 300 for reception style events or 180 guests banquet-style for dinners. Featuring floor-to-ceiling windows the suite is ideal for conferences, gala dinners, awards ceremonies and large Christmas or corporate parties. The suite can be partitioned into two or three spaces for smaller groups who may need breakout rooms for groups of up to 80 or 200 guests.

Meeting & Conference Rooms
The hotel offers several dedicated meeting rooms suitable for training sessions, presentations, workshops and executive meetings. These rooms (Harcourt Suite & Pembroke Suite) can accommodate smaller groups from approximately 10 to 70 delegates. Each space includes high-speed Wi-Fi, presentation screens, conferencing technology and natural daylight, making them suitable for both formal business meetings and breakout sessions during larger conferences.

Bar & Restaurant: Receptions, Summer BBQs & Private Dining 

The Sixth Locke Bar and outdoor terrace are particularly popular for company summer parties, networking events, drinks receptions and informal corporate gatherings. The outdoor terrace offers a relaxed atmosphere, with the venue regularly catering for BBQ-style events and reception-style gatherings for group sizes of up to ~150 guests. The stylish bar acts as the indoor back up space should the weather not be great on the day or for later in the night. For private dining the Sixth Locke Restaurant is ideal for up to 100 guests fully seated.
