Venue for Meetings & Conferences
Menlo Park Hotel are specialists when it comes to hosting meetings and conferences. There are a number of rooms to choose from; The Walter Macken and Blake Suite combined are known as the Emmetts Suite. This is an excellent space for tradeshows, business presentations, meetings, corporate events or conferences where a large space is required. This room is when combined are suitable for up to 350 guests in a theatre style or 150 classroom style.
The Francis Room is idea for smaller events and meetings, suitable for up to 40 guests theatre style, 16 classroom or as a boardroom for 20 delegates.
The Ffrench Room, slightly smaller than the Francis Room, has large windows and beautiful drapesit creating the ideal ambience and atmosphere for day or evening functions, meetings or seminars and training sessions.

Function Room for Events
Our Emmets Suite is both spacious and bright while boasting a modern bar facility at it’s centre, making it the perfect choice of venue for a wide range of events from anniversaries, reunions, birthday parties, wedding anniversaries and many more.
This function room has recently been updated with inbuilt multi-coloured recessed ceiling lights that can be set to one solid color to coincide and enhance your events specific theme or they can also be set to rhythmically alternate between colours to compliment your events music.
