The Ground Floor Bar & Courtyard

The Ground Floor Bar opens out into a large heated courtyard featuring a retractable all-weather roof, the perfect event space suitable for corporate BBQs, summer parties, drinks receptions and networking events during the summer, but equally suitable for Christmas parties and more later in the year. The Courtyard & Bar can accommodate up to 350 guests (standing), making it the venue’s largest event area and best for large company gatherings and exclusive hires.

Laura’s Restaurant

Located on the first floor, Laura's restaurant offers a cosy 'nest' vibe overlooking the street and courtyard below. Ideal for intimate functions for up to ~90 guests (mix of standing & seating) or fully seated private dining events for ~65 guests.

Sam's Parlour

Sam’s Parlour is an intimate cocktail and whiskey bar on the Harcourt Street side of the venue, designed for smaller exclusive gatherings, VIP hosting, whiskey tastings and stylish client events. This function room is ideal for guest numbers of up to 100 (mixture of standing and seating).
