The Dublin Liberties Distillery in Dublin 8, close to St. Stephen's Green is a state of the art working distillery and visitor experience housed in a beautifully renovated 400 year old mill building in the heart of the Liberties. Having only opened its doors in March of 2019, hosting an event in this new and unique venue is the perfect opportunity to impress your guests. Upon entering the distillery guests will experience a warm and inviting environment, which against the stunning backdrop of the building itself guarantees an unforgettable experience.
Premium Space for Corporate Events, Meetings & More
The stunning surroundings of the Dublin Liberties Distillery, with its beautifully restored stonework and premium quality interior finishes and furnishings, are the perfect setting for a wide range of events such as film shoots, product launches, corporate events, parties, meetings and workshops. Spread over three floors, this unique venue is available for exclusive hire, including the Still House and Mash House where the whiskey is made, and a selection of spaces that can be hired individually or as whole for events of all sizes.
Our warm and welcoming bar lends itself to a whole host of events such as celebrations, tasting events, product launches and private dining. Equipped with a stage for entertainment, presentations or panel discussions, a mix of high and low seating can be arranged as required. A full range of catering options are available and can be tailored according to your budget. The room can be divided with a sliding glass partition for a more intimate bar or whiskey tasting experience. Suitable for up to 150 guests (mix of standing & seating) or 70 for a fully seated dinner.
The Blender's Room
This luxurious room is the perfect setting for private meetings, dinners, lunches, tasting events and team workshops. This unique space overlooks the Still House and boasts a boardroom table, plush seating and its own private bar. Depending on event requirements, a range of catering and conference facilities are available such as coffees and pastries, lunch/dinner, flipcharts, screen, phone. Suitable for 10 – 25 delegates, boardroom style for 12, with bar stool seats for 6. Additional seating available for classroom-style set up.
The café area on the ground floor is perfect for smaller events such as drinks receptions or entertaining guests upon arrival to the venue.
Distillery Tour Experiences
With exclusive venue hire we include a walk-through of the distillery from the drinks reception on the ground floor to the main bar on the first floor. For smaller events why not include a tour where your guests can experience the sights and sounds of a real working distillery and hear the stories from the surrounding Liberties area that inspired us.
