Chequer Lane by Jamie Oliver, on Exchequer Street, is one of Dublin’s newest restaurants and the perfect space to enjoy a Christmas lunch or dinner with colleagues this December. With a focus on hearty homegrown cuisine and fresh Irish produce, this cosy restaurant is suitable for group bookings from 20 – 60 guests. A three course Christmas lunch menu is available from €55pp, whilst the three course dinner menu is from €72pp featuring modern festive dishes such as ‘potted West-Cork crab’ for starters and ‘Gilligan’s aged fillet steak’ or ‘Roast Chicken served with sausage meat & cranberry stuffing’. Dinner sittings are available for 5.30pm and 9pm to close.

Elle’s Suite @ Iveagh Garden Hotel

With two cosy private dining spaces, the Iveagh Suite on the lower ground floor can host up to 100 guests banquet style. Elle’s Suite (pictured below) can host max. 60 guests for Christmas dinners and lunches.. Their festive lunch menu offers smoked salmon, roast sirloin of beef, and sticky toffee pudding among other tasty dishes starting at €54pp. The festive dinner menu starts at €70pp and includes gorgeous cuisine such as duck rillette, crispy skin salmon, and deconstructed mixed berry cheesecake.

Ely Wine Bar on Ely Place, just off St Stephen’s Green in Dublin 2 is one of our favourite restaurants in the city to soak up the Christmas atmosphere. This cosy wine bar and eatery is spread over two intimate floors. The first floor has a beautiful private room with a fire place and can accommodate up to 32 guests, with further tables and seating downstairs for semi-private dining and group dining. With a focus on serving the very best of seasonal Irish produce, using artisan producers and carefully chosen wines, Ely is ideal for smaller festive group get-togethers. Christmas dinners are priced from €85pp with an early sitting and a later sitting. Christmas lunches are available from €59.50pp. This venue also offers a promotional menu from €67.50pp for Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
