Virtual Events

The University Club's stunning, light filled rooms overlooking the lake are the perfect backdrop for small virtual panel discussions, interviews and TV broadcasts. With on-site AV audio visual technical specialists AVCOM your live streamed event will run flawlessly, creating an unforgettable experience for your audience. Should you require a larger setup with giant LED screens this can also be accommodated in the brand new virtual studio located adjacent in the prestigious O'Reilly Hall. Meeting Rooms

UCD University Club has a number of state of the art meeting rooms and boardrooms available to hire. All rooms come with large screens, LCD projectors, flipcharts and conferencing facilities. The rooms can be set up in a number of different layouts  (theatre, boardroom, U-shape, cabaret and classroom), some of which can be combined for a max capacity of up to 70 delegates in the largest of the meeting / boardrooms. Capacities:
Beech Room - 40 delegates
Birch Room - 30 delegates
Beech & Birch (combined) - 70 delegates
Oak Room - up to 12

 

Entertaining & Dining Spaces:

UCD University Club has a number of beautiful spaces for social and corporate dining / reception style events and work with an external caterer to provide the highest levels of service and food for your guests.

 

The Cedar & Cypress Rooms
Located on the first floor of the University Club, the Cedar and Cypress Rooms enjoy beautiful views of the lake. These private rooms are perfect for private dining & events and can be booked individually to accommodate 40 delegates, or opened into a larger single space with the accommodating up to 80 guests (seated).
