Location: Dublin 3
Croke Park in Drumcondra, Dublin 3 is one of Ireland’s true leaders in the hosting of business events and meetings. Famous as being the home of GAA it also plays host to some of the world’s biggest companies every day. Located minutes from the city, expect top quality catering and over 110 unique spaces and meeting rooms to choose from. The All Star suites are a personal favourite of ours, offering stunning views out over the stadium in a luxury setting. Room facilities for these suites include 80″ screens, natural daylight, wifi and a premium look and feel. Multiple layout options are available of course to suit your needs.

The Morrison Hotel located on banks of the River Liffey in Dublin 1 have a number of meeting spaces for guest numbers of 6 – 240. The Georgian Boardroom (pictured below) is one of our most favourite smaller meeting rooms in Dublin city, suitable for up to 14 delegates (boardroom style). This chic and stylish room is on the first floor and offers stunning views out over the river. It features high ceilings and large windows allowing for plenty of natural daylight and is further complemented by a black out blinds, cherry red leather office chairs and of course wifi, air conditioning and LCD TV screen. Other meeting rooms available at The Morrison include The Printworks 1 & 2 (240 guests), Morrison Boardroom (8 guests) and Strand Street (20 guests).

Teeling Whiskey Distillery in Dublin 8 has some of the most unique spaces for business events that Dublin has to offer. Not seen by the general public, the luxury Alchemy meeting room sits on the upper levels of the distillery and offers a truly high-end experience with bespoke furniture in sumptuous surroundings. Suitable for up to 50 delegates, the room comes with a large screen projector and can be set up in a number of layout styles to suit your requirements. Of course a great range of catering options are also available.

Located on the upper floors of the the ever popular Cleaver East restaurant in Temple Bar, Dublin 2 at The Clarence Hotel, lies the charming ‘Rose Room’. This large meeting space can be partitioned into individual smaller meeting rooms suitable for up to 30 delegates or left open as one to accommodate up to 100 delegates, Filled with plenty of natural day light from the large windows, it offers stunning views of the River Liffey and the meeting room comes with an interactive whiteboard, large LCD screen and projector, and can be set up in a number of different layouts (theatre, boardroom, u-shape, cabaret). Refreshments (catering, tea, coffee, water etc.) can be provided with plenty of options on lunch and dinner before and after your meeting in the room itself or at Cleaver East restaurant on the ground floor if you wish.

The Alex Hotel is centrally located in Dublin City, only a minute’s walk from Merrion Square in Dublin 2. This 4 star boutique hotel is elegantly designed throughout has six stylish meeting rooms to choose from. The Odyssey room (pictured below) is our pick of the spaces for medium sized meetings and staff training sessions, hosting up to 120 delegates (theatre style). For smaller meetings The Rovos suite is ideal for ~10 delegates and The Orient can host large scale meetings for up to 400.

Aloft Hotel’s meeting room in the Dublin Liberties district (Dublin 8), offers the most spectacular views of the city, making it the ideal space to meet that will leave a lasting impression. This light filled meeting room is located on the 7th floor of the hotel, is suitable for up to 12 delegates (boardroom style) and comes with all the connectivity, amenities and catering options you require. Adjacent to this room, on the same floor, is the the stunning loft bar if you wish to relax and entertain guests in a sumptuous space before or after the meeting.

Lazlo’s is located at one of the city’s newest hotels; the Arthaus Hotel. This 41 bedroom, 4 star boutique stylish hotel is super central to everything, nestled away Mercer Street Lower, beside St Stephen’s Green shopping centre, Dublin 2. Their private bar and unique meeting space named ‘York Street’ (pictured below), offers the city something a little different than more traditional style meeting rooms, perfect for clients wanting a calming alternative meeting space in Dublin for business lunches, presentations, team building or training sessions in relaxed, stylish surroundings. The room can host approx. 40 delegates seated or 75 with a mix of standing and has its own toilets, large screens and AV.

Located in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4 only a few minutes from the city centre, this hotel is renowned for its conference and meeting facilities. Clayton Hotel Ballsbridge offers 7 spacious and flexible meeting rooms ranging in size, accommodating 6-250 delegates. The Ailesbury Room pictured below is one of the most popular meeting rooms, ideal for breakfast meetings, training courses and seminars for up to 90 guests (theatre style). This light-filled space has top of the range AV equipment, complimentary WiFI and can be set up in a number of different layouts depending on your preference e.g. classroom, boardroom style, theatre, cabaret etc. There is on-site parking and the venue is easily accessed via public transport with the DART station nearby also.

EPIC offer exclusive use of their venue for morning meetings and presentations (7am – 10am). Its excellent location in the CHQ Building on Dublin’s docklands, and partnerships with local catering businesses mean that you can have a relaxed morning meeting with breakfast and tea/coffee in a very unique setting. Minimum 40 delegates required for exclusivity to apply.
The Morgan Hotel’s central location on Dublin’s Fleet Street in Temple Bar makes it the ideal destination for business meetings and events. Their newly refurbished dedicated meeting room is drenched in natural daylight and is suitable for up to 40 delegates. The room includes a 46″ screen, projector, flipchart, mineral water facilities and air conditioning. Reduced parking rates are available from Fleet Street carpark located directly opposite the hotel.
The Westin Dublin on Westmoreland Street, Dublin 2 has nine conference / meeting rooms available. All varying in size and sure to suit different delegate numbers and requirements for each, from a large banquet style hall to a boardroom style meeting room and everything in between. Meeting rooms feature individual temperature control and sophisticated modern technology with catering options available of course.
The Blender’s Room in The Dublin Liberties Distillery (Dublin 8), offers a luxurious and unique setting for meetings, corporate lunches and dinners. Located only minutes from St Stephen’s Green, this opulent space on the second floor of the distillery, overlooks the Still House below and features a 12 seat boardroom table, its own private bar with plush seating , with flip charts, conferencing facilities, large screen and catering also available. This room is ideally suited for groups of 10 – 25 delegates (12 boardroom style, bar stools / seats for a further 6 or can be set up classroom style for additional seating for a max of 25 guests).
The Penthouse at The Dean Hotel on Harcourt Street, Dublin 2 offers a super unique alternative space to host a meeting or team building event. This one-of-kind space is available for exclusive hire and is suited for 20 – 25 guests standing but works just as well for smaller guest numbers with a boardroom style table which can seat up to 8 delegates. There’s a 70″ smart TV in the room which can easily be hooked up to devices for presentations, a fussball table and couches great for taking breaks and a bar for refreshments. Catering and further refreshments can of course be arranged.
Located on Pearse Street, Dublin 2, the Trinity City Hotel offers two unique meeting rooms (Number 24 & Number 26). Number 24 offers smart sophistication, with restored fireplaces and mahogany furniture in original Georgian surrounds; suitable for up to 12 delegates. Number 26 (pictured below) can accommodate up to 55 people theatre style or 20 people boardroom style. Facilities include flipchart, large LCD screen, natural daylight, fast wifi and catering options available.
The Grayson on St. Stephen’s Green, Dublin 2 is a multipurpose venue, spread over four floors and set in a stunning Georgian building. This centrally located venue is very popular for dining, parties and corporate events but they also have a private meeting room located on the lower ground floor called the Green Room suite. This meeting room comes with a large AV Screen and can facilitate boardroom style (11 delegates seated) or theatre style (approx. 15 delegates) meetings. Day time refreshments are available of course, with amazing lunch & dinner options available also.
Sandymount Hotel in Dublin 4 offers five meeting rooms ranging from executive boardrooms suitable for 8 delegates to larger suites which can cater for up to 80 delegates (theatre style). All suites come with air conditioning, projectors, natural daylight, complimentary parking and wifi. The hotel of course offers a large selection of catering options and refreshments for you to choose from including buffet style options for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
