Croke Park in Drumcondra, Dublin 3 is one of Ireland’s true leaders in the hosting of business events and meetings. Famous as being the home of GAA it also plays host to some of the world’s biggest companies every day. Located minutes from the city, expect top quality catering and over 110 unique spaces and meeting rooms to choose from. The All Star suites are a personal favourite of ours, offering stunning views out over the stadium in a luxury setting. Room facilities for these suites include 80″ screens, natural daylight, wifi and a premium look and feel. Multiple layout options are available of course to suit your needs.
The Morgan Hotel’s central location on Dublin’s Fleet Street in Temple Bar makes it the ideal destination for business meetings and events. Their newly refurbished dedicated meeting room is drenched in natural daylight and is suitable for up to 40 delegates. The room includes a 46″ screen, projector, flipchart, mineral water facilities and air conditioning. Reduced parking rates are available from Fleet Street carpark located directly opposite the hotel.
FIRE have a number of their ‘glassroom’ suites available for meetings, product launches, staff training and more on Dublin’s bustling Dawson Street, Dublin 2. These meeting rooms feature floor to ceiling windows so allow plenty of natural daylight. Large screens for presentations, fast wifi, PA system, flip chart and stationary can be provided for. Being a restaurant and lounge there’s plenty of food and refreshments to choose from also. The rooms can fit max 90 delegates (reception style), 20 delegates (classroom style), 34 (theatre) and 12 (boardroom).
Teeling Whiskey Distillery in Dublin 8 has some of the most unique spaces for business events that Dublin has to offer. Not seen by the general public, the luxury Alchemy meeting room sits on the upper levels of the distillery and offers a truly high-end experience with bespoke furniture in sumptuous surroundings. Suitable for up to 50 delegates, the room comes with a large screen projector and can be set up in a number of layout styles to suit your requirements. Of course a great range of catering options are also available.
Sitting on the upper floors of this historic, landmark building in Dublin 1 (just beside the Ha’penny Bridge) in The Woollen Mills, lies two very unique private meeting rooms. The Joyce Room (pictured below) features double aspect windows which allow for plenty of natural daylight, suitable for up to 14 guests and can be setup in a number of layouts from a large table in the centre to classroom, theatre or boardroom style. This room also includes a large smart screen TV. The second meeting room available is The Riverrun Room and features high Georgian ceilings with large windows offering views out over the River Liffey, suitable for up to 16 guests in a choice of large table, classroom, theatre or boardroom style. Both rooms offer a spectacular setting for your next meeting at very competitive rates either on a full day (€300) / half day (€150) or hourly basis which includes tea/coffee pp, still & sparkling water, wifi, flip chart and stationery. Of course there’s also plenty of additional catering options to choose from should you wish to dine before, during or afterwards.
The Westin Dublin on Westmoreland Street, Dublin 2 has nine conference / meeting rooms available. All varying in size and sure to suit different delegate numbers and requirements for each, from a large banquet style hall to a boardroom style meeting room and everything in between. Meeting rooms feature individual temperature control and sophisticated modern technology with catering options available of course.
The Grayson on St. Stephen’s Green, Dublin 2 is a multipurpose venue, spread over four floors and set in a stunning Georgian building. This centrally located venue is very popular for dining, parties and corporate events but they also have a private meeting room located on the lower ground floor called the Green Room suite. This meeting room comes with a large AV Screen and can facilitate boardroom style (11 delegates seated) or theatre style (approx. 15 delegates) meetings. Day time refreshments are available of course, with amazing lunch & dinner options available also.
The Blender’s Room in The Dublin Liberties Distillery (Dublin 8), offers a luxurious and unique setting for meetings, corporate lunches and dinners. Located only minutes from St Stephen’s Green, this opulent space on the second floor of the distillery, overlooks the Still House below and features a 12 seat boardroom table, its own private bar with plush seating , with flip charts, conferencing facilities, large screen and catering also available. This room is ideally suited for groups of 10 – 25 delegates (12 boardroom style, bar stools / seats for a further 6 or can be set up classroom style for additional seating for a max of 25 guests).
Located on the upper floors of the the ever popular Cleaver East restaurant in Temple Bar, Dublin 2 at The Clarence Hotel, lie the Cleaver East Suites. The suites can be partitioned or open as one and offer stunning views of the River Liffey. Filled with plenty of natural day light from the large windows, this meeting room / boardroom comes with flip chart, large screen projector and can be set up in a number of different layouts. Suitable for approx. 15 delegates but with an open plan capacity of up to 100, refreshments (tea, coffee, water etc.) can be provided with plenty of options on lunch and dinner before and after your meeting in the restaurant on the ground floor if you wish.
The Penthouse at The Dean Hotel on Harcourt Street, Dublin 2 offers a super unique alternative space to host a meeting or team building event. This one-of-kind space is available for exclusive hire and is suited for 20 – 25 guests standing but works just as well for smaller guest numbers with a boardroom style table which can seat up to 8 delegates. There’s a 70″ smart TV in the room which can easily be hooked up to devices for presentations, a fussball table and couches great for taking breaks and a bar for refreshments. Catering and further refreshments can of course be arranged.
‘Escape the boardroom’ is the motto of Rascal HQ’s trendy, unique meeting and team building space known as ‘The Loft’. Rascals HQ is located in Inchicore, Dublin 8, just a few minutes from the city centre and right beside the Red Luas line. The Loft as the name suggests is on the expansive top floor of the brewery and can host up to 40 guests, perfect for less formal offsite meetings to escape the humdrum of office life and great for inspiring brainstorming sessions. Why not incorporate a tour of the brewery and some pizza and refreshments afterwards for the team in the taproom and restaurant located on the ground floor. Competitive full day (€250) / half day (€150) rates available with refreshments & catering options also available to add on. Flip charts can be provided also for a small additional charge.
Aloft Hotel’s meeting room in the Dublin Liberties district (Dublin 8), offers the most spectacular views of the city, making it the ideal space to meet that will leave a lasting impression. This light filled meeting room is located on the 7th floor of the hotel, is suitable for up to 12 delegates (boardroom style) and comes with all the connectivity, amenities and catering options you require. Adjacent to this room, on the same floor, is the the stunning loft bar if you wish to relax and entertain guests in a sumptuous space before or after the meeting.
Located in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4 only a few minutes from the city centre, this hotel is renowned for its conference and meeting facilities. Ballsbridge Hotel offers 12 spacious and flexible meeting rooms ranging in size from 2-150 delegates, with a huge range of catering options including tea/coffee, specialty coffee breaks, carvery lunch or private lunch buffet. Meeting rooms include a flip chart, fast wi-fi, large screen projectors and windows for natural daylight. Packages are available on a per person basis which include catering and start from €49pp or the meeting rooms can be hired exclusively on a day / half-day rate. The International Corporate Centre is centrally located on St. Stephen’s Green, Dublin 2. Within a minute’s walk of the Luas and offering all of the amenities of Dublin city on your doorstep. They have two luxurious, Georgian style boardrooms available for hire either on an hourly, half day or full day rate. The largest meeting room can cater for up to 14 delegates (pictured below) and comes with comes with a large LCD screen for presentations and state of the art video conferencing. Located on Pearse Street, Dublin 2, the Trinity City Hotel offers two unique meeting rooms (Number 24 & Number 26). Number 24 offers smart sophistication, with restored fireplaces and mahogany furniture in original Georgian surrounds; suitable for up to 12 delegates. Number 26 (pictured below) can accommodate up to 55 people theatre style or 20 people boardroom style.
